CFR 1907 Cluj has won the first away game this season after defeating F.C.M. Tg.Mureș with 2-0.
After our team wasted a series of scoring chances, Rafael Bastos was the one who broke the ice and managed to open the score on the "TRANSIL" stadium in Tg. Mures. The second half was at our team`s discretion and the second goal came in the 64 minute through Modou Sougou. The scoring opportunities continued at the opponents goals but without effect on the scoreboard. Rafael Bastos came close to 3-0, but his shot has hit only the side net. Final score, 2-0 and the Railwaymen have won another game without conceding a goal, a game in which the defense proved to be a hard nut to crack and the offensive has made it`s duty.
