Round XX: CFR 1907 Cluj 1-2 F.C. Poli. Timișoara

CFR 1907 Cluj lost the game against F.C. Poli. Timișoara, score 1-2, the goals were scored by Cadu for the railroaders from the penalty spot while the guests goals were scored by Zicu, also from the 11 meter spot and Ricketts with a header in the 78'th minute. The first half ended with a 1-1 draw, thanks to the goals scored in the first 10 minutes. Viorel Nicoară had the first scoring opportunity of the second half, but Pantilimon saved the shot. The balance of the game was broken when Rafael Bastos was sent of after receiving the second yellow card. The winning goal of the guests was scored by Ricketts in the 78'th minute. Ioan Hora could have scored the equalizer, if his shot wouldn't have hit the crossbar. Nuno Claro was our guardian angel, after he repeatedly saved the shots sent towards his goal. Final result 1-2.
