Round XIX: Victoria Brănești 1-1 CFR 1907 Cluj

The team coached by Alin Minteuan drew against Victoria Brănești, 1-1, game counting for the 19th round of the Romanian First League. The hosts, coached by Ilie Stan started the game better, managing to open the score through Coman, who scored with a great shot from the edge of the box. One minute later, Victoria Brănești`s player, Răzvan Avram sent the ball in the crossbar of the goal defended by Nuno Claro. The score at halftime, 1-0. The Railroaders, came out from the locker rooms much more determined, managing in the end to equalize in the 71st minute, through Gabi Mureșan, thanks to a "home specialty", a shot from a distance of 25 meters. In the 89th minute, Mureșan received the red card, in his attempt to reach the ball he stepped on his opponents leg and the referee of the game showed him the red card. Gabi will miss the game against FC Timisoara in the next round on home ground.
