CFR 1907 Cluj finished the first part of the championship with a comfortable win at home against Ceahlăul Piatra-Neamţ, 2-0, and secured first place in the standings and ever increasing chances for a new championship title in Gruia. Yssouf Kone was the man with the goal, scoring a double, and warming the hearts of the fans who defied the cold to watch their favourites at work. Mission accomplished: 1st place after the first half of the Championship.
