CFR 1907 Cluj - Sparta Prague 2 - 3 (1 - 2)

CFR 1907 Cluj failed to avenge their defeat in the away match against Sparta Prague and were killed in the last minute of the match on „Dr. Constantin Rădulescu" by Wilfried's third goal for the Czechs. The guest team had a better start in the match and Holenda put them in front by two goals right from the 13th minute, announcing a sad night for the home fans. Still, Traore disagreed and blasted CFR 1907 Cluj back into the match with a powerful shot that gave the opposing keeper no chance: 1 - 2, the score at half-time. The railroaders tackled the second half with more determination and concentration, but the goal came only in the final minutes, when Dubarbier placed a perfect shot to the right corner and equalized for a dramatic 2 - 2! Unfortunately, the happiness on "Dr. Constantin Rădulescu" was short lived because Wilfired buried the home team's hopes for a good result by scoring in the last seconds if the match and ensuring Sparta Prague the win in Cluj-Napoca. A sad night for the railroaders, but all is not lost because there are still two more matches to be played in the UEFA Europa League and anything can happen in group K.
